My mission is simple
To help more people discover the joy of running, through structured progress, sustainable training, and smart coaching that fits around real life.
Whether you’re starting from scratch, coming back after a break or injury, or chasing down a personal best, I meet you exactly where you are and guide you to where you want to be. Progress doesn’t have to be punishing - it just needs a plan.
My Story
I’m not a lifelong athlete. I didn’t grow up running, and when I first started in 2022, I wasn’t particularly consistent - or good. Like many others, I signed up for the Manchester Marathon without much training, and had only run 15 miles before race day due to injury. My goal was to just finish, and have fun. And I did - I had an absolute ball.
Then, like any totally normal person, I signed up for a 50-mile ultramarathon a year later. This time, I trained properly. I researched, experimented, learned a lot through trial and error - and I showed up ready. But just a few miles in, injury forced me to stop. I left that race on crutches, spent months in physio, and didn’t run again for three months.
But I wasn’t done. A year later, I returned to that same ultramarathon with the same mindset of “just finish, and have fun.” I achieved a podium finish with 2nd place, and a few months later I placed 1st in a trail race in the Lake District!
That’s when it clicked: something I started purely for joy, for fulfilment, was something I was actually good at. And more than that - it lit a fire in me.
I’m not just passionate about running. I’m passionate about helping others go further than they thought they could. To push past their own limits, enjoy the process, and maybe even surprise themselves along the way.
You won't be given a regurgitated plan. After a detailed consultation and client questionnaire, your training plan is completely tailored to your starting point, goals, fitness level, and lifestyle. It’s designed to feel achievable, sustainable, and motivating - built entirely around you.
Every 2–4 weeks, you’ll receive an updated training block that evolves with your confidence, fitness, and endurance. We focus on laying strong foundations before we build - making progress feel exciting, not overwhelming.
Your progress matters. We’ll check in weekly to celebrate wins, work through challenges, and keep you on track. These conversations are designed to boost motivation and keep you moving forward.
Life happens - and your plan will adapt with it. Whether it’s a surprise schedule change or a last-minute holiday, I offer quick adjustments to ensure your training stays realistic and supportive of your lifestyle.
You’re never on your own. I’m available for ongoing WhatsApp support - whether you need a question answered or just a quick pep talk before a run. You’ll also get help with race strategy, route planning, nutrition advice, and strength work to support a holistic, 360° approach to your training.
Everything is included for £100 per month - no hidden extras. Payment is monthly and can be aligned with your payday. If you start mid-month, you’ll only pay for the weeks you’ve used. Accessible, fair, and worth every step.
